This Privacy Policy explains how Full Value Dan Postiz ("the Service"), a self-hosted social media scheduling tool operated by Daniel Arreola ("we", "us"), handles information.
The Service is a private installation of the open-source Postiz software, run by its operator for managing his own social media accounts. There is no public registration and no other users.
When the operator connects a social media account (for example TikTok), we receive the account profile and an OAuth access token, as permitted by the scopes the operator approves. We also store the content the operator chooses to schedule (text, images, video) and basic publishing records.
Information is used only to authenticate the operator, display connected profiles in the dashboard, and publish content the operator requests, at the times the operator schedules.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for advertising or any other purpose. Content is sent only to the social media platforms the operator has connected, only when the operator schedules a post. OAuth tokens are stored in the Service's own database on the operator's server and are never shared.
Connected accounts can be disconnected at any time from the dashboard; disconnecting stops all further API access and deletes the stored tokens. The operator can delete scheduled posts and publishing history from the dashboard at any time.
Access to the dashboard requires the operator's login. All connections to the Service and to social media platforms use TLS (HTTPS).
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above.
